There are many types of motivation self help tools available for you to use at home or on the go. Self Help Tapes and CDs are among the most popular, because they can be listened to just about anywhere—in the car, while exercising, in your home, or at work. There are also self help DVDs and software available to help you in your motivational personal development goals, and these tools are equally popular. Motivational software is becoming more popular and easily found of late, because it is interactive and many people now prefer to do everything on their computer or laptop.
Self Help Ebooks are not as common as some of the other motivational tools. E-books are less portable, and can cost a bit to print, although they are still cheaper than purchasing books from your local book store. Still, e-books are one of the best tools you can get outside of the interactive software, because they give you worksheets, checklists, and other great tools that help you put the information into practice. Best of all, while the other tools mentioned here can cost anywhere from five to fifty dollars, many e-books are free to download. And, with new USB flash drives and devices for reading e-books on the go, it doesn’t have to cost a fortune to print them out.
